2. Research Your Niche
Before sending email, do some research. Check out your competitors what they are doing.
You can also register yourself in their email list to understand how they target their audience. Try to grab everything from their emails what you like and improve your email according to their strategy.
Like i have subscribed to more than 10+ websites and get emails every week. I also grab content from their emails and include in mine to get better response rate.

3. Prepare in Advance
For sending cold emails, you need to plan in advance. Prepare template sequence which you are going to send for cold emails. You can prepare for different niches and businesses, save your time by preparing cold email template. You should have prepared full structure from initial email to follow up and also last bye bye email.

- Emails 1-3 : The first three mails should be about pain points of your audience. It should present your service as the solution to their problems. Don't be boring make it exciting and don't just copy and paste same email.
- Email 4-6 : These three emails will make your audience to give response. But if they write something like "Don't Mail me" or "Go Away", then there is no point in sending email to that user. Identify your email list of interested persons.
- Email 7: This is the final email to those who don't show interest with a message "I won't email you again" will boost some people to show interest. After this Email don't send email again unless they've asked you to do.

5. Send Your First Email
We have discussed each and every plan now, we need to send email. This emails should include pain points and also details of problems with solution you are providing in their business. Put some efforts to go in depth so that they can find it more interesting and relate able. Name or company name of receiver should be included so that they feel that you know them.
6. Follow-Up
Cold Emails are not only sending single email and sit. You have to send regular emails. There maybe some users who will ignore your emails, some users just read and deleted, some users read and ignored. So, you need to send them again so that you can build relation with them.
Some who liked your email and showed interest need to hear more from you. Keep that up.
